Not a custom piece, this is the Lava with pvd coated ss band. Only thing custom is another tachyring. It's from a purist this piece.

You sure about it being PVD coated? It looks more like a sandblasted Ti case

No, a lava edition with black tachyring. So indeed somewhat custom. The bracelet is pvd'ed though.
