One of the SoCal family owns a gen Black Themes... and although he will remain nameless, he provided his Black Themes for these comparison shots next to a Black Themes V2 secs@12 watch owned by me...

In the pics, the gen is the bracelet version, the rep is the rubber strap version....

This last shot is a comparison between the gen Black Themes versus a Ziggy lumed Slevin... taken to gauge the intensity of the lume versus the master's.... as my rep will be going for lume soon...

Hope you enjoyed the pics... and thanks to the fellow SoCal member for taking the pics..

Hi,
when you look at such comparisons, you really end in thinking that we have reach a high level in replicas, even though there are still QC issues.
Thx for sharing.

It's nearly dead-on. You'd either need them side-by-side, or you'd have to REALLY know this watch to spot the differences (crown location, AP lettering thickness, etc).
All-in-all, this is a VERY accurate rep.

Thanks for the comparison, LOS!!

Thanks for the comparison LOS!
It looks like the only real tell is the date wheel and again only when they are next to each other...
If the movement at 12 was more reliable.......

I absolutely love the look of this watch..

Awsome pictures, thanks. The rep is pretty much dead on isn't it? Other than the thickness I guess.. :)
Another watch gets added to that list..

wow that's an impressive rep. even side by side, it's hard to tell any difference. on its own, you'd have to be an absolute AP expert. n even then, it'd have to be in your hands, motionless, rather than on someone's wrist.

i keep hearing about the secs@12 being problematic; anyone actually had any problems? LOS?

Oh wait, I couldnt afford a bezel screw on that watch, never mind!
Please provide the name and address of the owner so that I may pay them a visit!

lol. on first impressions of the very first pic, I picked the rep as the Gen. Shows what I know. They are nearly identical and a accurate looking rep. I beat in person, the gen shines a bit more...

Wow nice watch, it seems like any watch I might want always has some movement problem, bummer.

Yes, guru.. I thought the crown and pushers on the rep were just a little skinnier.

That's a nice watch. I never really gave the ROO a thought until I saw the Shaq version, but now I think I will own one before too long. (I won't be happy until I own one of everything...)
