If the date window bothers you that much you can always mod it and change the date wheel. I for one, could care less as I hardly look at the date and time, I just admire the beauty of the time piece and make sure to watch the second hand spin... LOL...that's what I do 95% of time too when I look at my 42mm Panda. Maybe 5% of time I am really looking for the time or date...

I have the Doha too and think the grey strap is one of the best features of the Doha. Im going to buy more Doha straps for my other APs if they fit eg the Schumacher. Black and Red looks good too.

The watch is awesome, I know that the gen is in TI but I really don't care. I like this version in SS with the cer bezel.
The Xtal is amazing too...

I know the grey strap is nice. But I really don't like grey color, and I really don't like the deployant buckle too.

There is actually a kind of "V2".
With a decorated movement and a better strap. But still a SS case instead of TI.
