How is it possible that a so desired watch like this, is not available to any dealers ?

I am not able to answer to this question. What do you think about that?

....because there is no trusted dealer able to say when the watch will be available.

Factories often keep dealers in the dark
Watch is definitely being made but is anyone's guess when dealers will get next supply of stocks
At least by pre ordering you know you will get one when the dealers get their next batches

They are rare now but suspect with so many being bought in another month or two we will see them on the sales boards more frequently
