AP Bumblebee Rep - what do you think it’s worth?

My Dad passed away a few years ango and had this watch. Just now looking into it, and from all I have researched it doesn’t look like it is real. I had no clue they made such amazing replicas…I would still like to sell and wondered where I do this and what y’all thought it was worth? It’s an excellent condition.
Has a beautiful box but no book.
If I’m going about this all wrong, please tell me where to post. I am new to this.

Looks like a JF version to me. I'd wear it if I were you. I wouldn't sell items that belonged to my father if he passed away.

Looking at the pushers, crown and DW it seems to be an old noob.

First of all, congratulations for finding out it is not Genuiine, infact it's NOT Carbon Fiber Case like the original should be.

I would like to ask you how did you find out that 'it is not look like it is Real'...i mean, an Audemars Piguet lover knows what the watch should look like and which materials were used...but someone who is 'new for all this'?

Your Dad did tell you that it was a Replica ? Genuinely curious.

The genuine isn’t carbon fiber too. It’s forged carbon with a ceramic bezel. I do miss the old noob APs though, I took the various models for granted got years and then they weren’t made anymore. It’s a pity.

Didn't the Noob have the wrong pushers ? That strap doesn't look like the noob either.

Yes the pushers on the noob were wrong. Flat at the top instead of being rounded. Just like this watch pictured actually.
Straps can be changed out for another with relative ease.
The datewheel tells me it’s noob along with with the non FC case.

I couldn't tell if it was non fc or just over polished. You have "expert eyes" !

Oh you can definitely tell it’s not FC, G please don’t sell yourself short lol. I do believe it’s just steel being DLCed.

Hi, thank you. My Dad had so many watches and we never spoke of the authenticity of any of them. He had 2 real Rolex ones he mainly wore. When he passed, I noticed a few replicas in his belongings. When I saw this one, it really did look real. But the big clue was there was no book or paperwork, he was meticulous with keeping everything. So through many Internet searches and reading, I finally found a very helpful comment about where Audemars Piguet is on dial, that he had found real ones have the right side of the square line up with the u and fakes had it lined up with the g. Along with the back of watch that appeared too dark. It was a disappointment for sure…oh well. Thanks for your comment!

I swear i did know that i intended Forged Carbon....i am looking for this model myself and i'm searching between the different Factories...

And you are right about Noob APs....no other factory did make them so good like Noob

One thing that has been weird about this watch is how it says Tachymeter instead of Base. I have yet to find one pic of a watch with that…
