Funnily enough, I was looking at both of these today as I'd love another 39mm RO after selling my 15202 last year.
For me the green dial just pips it (the dial looks incredible) but that rose gold is stunning too. I'm tempted to pick both up and sell the one I like the least....

If both were gen, I would choose the rose gold. If rep, none of the two. Yup, pizza hour hand base and every ZF 15202/16202 I've seen has an off centered dial that causes the date to be left justified in the window, which I just demonstrated how to fix in the main thread.
But both of those issues are fixable, the 16202's QC's seem to all have awesome bezel screw fit (nothing a modder can do about poor bezel screws), and the watch looks great especially if you fix those two issues. So I'd say go ahead and get it if you like it, slow date setting notwithstanding.

Idk how the gen looks like but the silver ss bezel screws look a bit weird to me on this model.I am in the same boat, is this the best version at the moment?

Looks nice! Off course never seen a Gen one (and 99,99% never will) but it feels like the Dial is closer than blue ones. Pizza-base in stil a no-no and likely needs trimming.

You should be aware that the gen case for this is platinum not stainless steel. So case wise both the 16202s you listed are off vs gen. So pick what you fancy visually and all the best.Looking at this one now...

Unless you go around handing your watch to everyone you know, weight really isn't an issue. I completely understand that what is considered a deal breaker in reps is completely subjective and varies from person to person, so if the weight really is a big concern, stick to reps of SS watches
