Technically, the pinion is the stem upon which the hands are installed. The base of the hands (hour hand in particular) is the one which is big and it can be trimmed, beveled and polished, but it can of course never be 1:1 like gen. On the wrist in real life however, this can be close enough visually if the mod is done reasonably well.

What strap size does the 15202 and 154500 have?

26mm X 18 mm works well for my 15202 quartz.

Great original review and great followup comments and close up photos from other posts. I'll be saving this post for future reference. I just purchased a JF V5 15400 grey dial. I've been quite impressed with quality from JF (second rep purchase so far). I"m eyeing the 15202 as the next purchase.

I‘d appreciate it if you add the new XF Version to complete the 15202 comparisons. Presumably the XF is the best so far and ZF is going to come up with a version too in 2020

Happy with my JF 15202,

the XF confuses me in so far that the movement doesn’t look like the Rep movement.

think there the JF is better.

I had to go to Domi for silencing, now it’s perfect
