I think length is not critical. My CNC and ZF screws are about the same length. However where the size matters is the screw head size (diameter of the hex) - ZF is bigger. Of course the “hole” for screw head in the bezel is also bigger with the ZF. My custom case screws are exactly per AP drawing (reflecting its tolerances).

Nice sharing info. Since you got the movement I think getting gen hands would be also a must. I believe best thing about getting a gen move is that, you dont have to deal with ugly hand base / hands hole

I am ordering 15202 with the gen k2121 movement, gen dial, gen hands, and a cnc case with @popup . Got some gen 5712 parts from him a while ago with no problems at all.
