DId you try Ali Express or ebay ? Also look on the parts seller section on RWI. You will need to spend weeks reading so you know what you are doing

You can start by realizing that it's Explorer II and not Explorer 11.

Try with a couple of the TDs. It's often easier to get them to assist with spare parts if you combine the request with the purchase of a watch.
