The wheel does spin but then it stops.
as if it doesn't charge it. The watch smith said it maybe the spring. Not good. The TD said to tell the smith to be careful . Somehow I do not have too much hope and I already feel I have lost around $400. I guess it comes with the territory.

No, you're TD should fix it. Throwing 400 down the drain doesn't come with the territory.
