In have ordered one from Sead. Waiting now to QC pics. The V6f is better than the mkf. The markers on 12,6,9 have the right shape.

Good to know.

I've just bought one from M2M!! I guess they're new so not many owners. I'll certainly post a few pics once I get it.

i think this one would be perfect if u ordered an original BA0928 tag bracelet to go with it, especially since the 12-6-9 markers looks perfect. Definitely on my purchase list

V6S vs Gen vs MKF

V6S markers are much closer and the MKF logo is wrong...

@mwh - Would you put a $350 bracelet on a $260 rep watch?

That MKF you posted is actually based on a newer model than the Gen. it came out a year later and had a black housing rather than a steel. It was also on this year that Tag changed the watch face logo so it is therefore correct. Gen in middle is 2015 model and MKF is based off a 2016 model.

But on sites like hodinkee they say the calibre 5 is either a sw200 or eta2824

Did it make a huge difference in the sweep??

I think the Asian eta movements are quite good. Certainly not the first thing I'd spend money on with a Franken project. Dial, Crystal, strap, then may be movement and hands!

Post your pic though!

Haha the same problem that I had. Unbelievable that the maker don't see this flaw. I have rejected my watch.

I am so tempted to accept the watch and see if I can just rotate the insert myself, the watch otherwise looks amazing.

Don't do this. It's a ceramic insert. If it's glued then it will break easily. Reject it and get one with a correct bezel inser.

Bad news, TD says the entire batch is like this.
It is not hard to do it yourself. I have done that to my SMPC and it has ceramic bezel too. Once you take the bezel off, leave it for 10 min in a glass of very warm water (but nor boiling). It will soften the glue and then use a very thin blade and pry the bezel insert.
