Another King Power Diver 4000M Question

Now that I've researched this watch a bit more, it has grown on me.
But now my concern is that it might be too big for my wrist. My wrist are small, I have a DSSD and it fits fairly well (it's not sticking out or anything). Can my small wrist pull off a Hublot Oceanographic 4000M?
Anyone with experience with the 4000 please share!

If this babe can pull it off, I'm sure I can too! :lolcina:

That babe pulls it off by wearing it on her forearm rather than the wrist.

I too with a 6.5" wrist wear a DSSD or 44mm PAM and it seems to work visually (at least I didn't see anyone point and giggle :biglaugh: )

However, that size on my wrist is just getting to the point where the strap looks to hang vertically from the endlinks or pins rather than sweep circumferentially if you understand my meaning.

I have not gone larger because I suspect it might look to sit across the wrist, plank like, rather than around.

I had this same question about a Breitling Super Avenger since my wrist is 7in... I just went over to the AD and tired them all on (and I mean all lol).
I'm actually glad I did this since I liked it so much from the pictures I couldn't wait to order 1. My original thoughts were "bigger has to be better" but after trying them on I found out "bigger looks ridiculous" well on me at least.

It really comes down to personal opinion. Your best bet is going down to an AD and trying one on, you don't want to find out you hate it after its too late :frusty:

To be honest I have a experience similar to this in the aspect of I didn't do my homework before ordering. When I finally received it I tried to tell myself I liked how it looked on my wrist, just as much as I did in the pictures of it on other peoples wrist (I did this just so I wouldn't feel like it was a waste). Till this day it's my most prized paperweight, I keep it around since I still tell myself it might look better on me someday... It won't LOL.

Hope that helps!

I am exactly wondering about the same question. My wrist is slightly over 6.5in and I can wear an HBB just barely. I've read somewhere that the KP at 48mm wears smaller than the Big Bang. Can't really confirm this claim though..

The HKP 4000 is not only very big it is very THICK, and this is the main problem in my opinion.

ive decided not to get it. I wish they'd make it smaller like the AP survivor. But then i guess it wouldn't stand up to the pressures at 4000m
tell me all about it when u get it Ale!

The V1 reps are the same thickness as the HBB king power. Only the V2 is thicker I think. So if you can wear a HBB KP then you could wear this. Sead has one for an awesome price, if you didn't like it you could sell it on.

Nope, not thick enough. It's about as thick as the ferrari HB in your sig.

Not really, all the 48mm kingpowers are about the same size.

Any of you have KP? Is it true that it wears smaller than HBB?

I found out that the Oceanograph is 18.5mm thick. I compared it to be "bigger bang" I have which was 16mm thick. The "bigger bang" surprisingly fits better than a regular BB which is 14mm thick. But the Oceanograph's 18.5mm is just too thick. Not going for the Oceanograph anymore =(
So I can assume that KP probably does fit better than BB

I believe the new rep diver will be 22mm thick. The crystal alone will be 8mm thick.
