He's obviously just copying the description for the new black bay model without releasing it has changed.
Thing is, he is a ebay seller with high ratings and also does have legitimate watches for sale. Which made me wonder if maybe he did not realise it was fake? but then a quick search reveals he has sold a lot of fake black bays, just in the past few months. it's not likely that a second hand jewelers will have 5 black bays pass through them in the past 3 months, all second hand, all in perfect condition, all with no papers or boxes. So I'm pretty sure he is intentionally scamming.

Exactly @NickOT that's same thing I thought. Such a scam! They should stop him from ripping ppl off. He definitely is intentionally doing it and mixing them in with legitimate ones makes it easy for him. So sad
