Received today, after some adventures, a Hublot classic fusion black ordered from TrustyTime.
Andrew was perfect, excellent communication and exemplary professionalism.
The first shipment was seized by British customs. A second watch was shipped directly to France.

Perfect.
I recommend TrustyTime and Andrew.

He answer faster then every other Dealer!
I bought a HBB V6 Red Magic by Andrew, I send him the watch back, because they have a flaw. His Watchsmith tried to fix the problem and send me the watch back, but I'm not satisfied. Andrew wrote me: "Please send it back and I will refund you complete."
And he refund me COMPLETE !!! Incl. every shipping fees!!!

That's Service!!!!

My TT experience

All,

I joined the forums mainly because of my interest in B&R watches. I can tell you my recent experience with TrustyTime.

I originally had tried to purchase a black 01-92. Andrew informed me immediately that it was not available and suggested I pick another watch. I selected a SS 01-94 (see attached). It was a little more money, but he also discounted it for my trouble.

I started the process on 17 Oct and by 13 Nov I had the watch on wrist (CN -> CAN). This time frame included all of the inquires I made about watch availability, etc. The communications with Andrew were extremely good. He never ignored my requests and always replied to my emails. He immediately sent QA pictures prior to shipping. The watch was packed well and quite frankly, it appears flawless. Time is bang on; chronometer bang on. Look and feel is extremely good. I have seen other B&Rs out there that have fake screws, misspelled lettering on back, etc. This one has the look and feel.

Other people may have other experiences, but my experience was very good with Andrew and I would do business with him again.

I searched "Cartel," and found nothing but praise for Andrew and Josh, the same as a search for "TrustyTime." From the posts in this thread is sounds like something really bad happened. Can you be more specific, or perhaps there's a thread about it somewhere on the site?
