He has now finally decided to answer once again and he has let me know that he will ship it so that I get him his paypal account back.

Unsurprisingly no. He did not answer once I asked him with wich company i should buy the label with.

Hopefully he will answer but I don't trust this guy, I hope that at the end he will do the right thing but at the moment he seems to want to buy time.
