So none of the things presented as fact in that story are true?

A lot of the facts are true and quite well known but totally irrelevant to the act that Zimmerman was tried for. This is just character assassination of the dead kid.

The whole thing stinks...what is indisputable is that a young man was killed, and the whole episode did not have to happen..

Believe what he is saying is that this guy, like all other "conspiracists," search high and low for little pieces of information that THEY construe as PROOF of an alternative theory.

The guy on the video has convinced himself that there is an alternative story behind this case. This bias leads him to read further into the little tidbits of information than an objective individual would.

Elements of this report are most certainly true. But it is wise to take his overall narrative or theme with a grain of salt.

I disagree. I think the character of the victim is EXTREMELY relevant in determining Zimmerman's guilt.

People doubt the veracity and truthfulness of Zimmerman. They say he didn't reasonably believe the kid was a threat, they say he's just a racist.

Z said previously that the kid looked high on drugs and suspicious. This was on his mind at the time he shot him.

The facts in this video support Z's account. It's proof that the kid might have been a druggie. If this was true then it factors into whether a reasonable person would have been fearful for their life at the time the trigger got pulled.

Also, it shows Z is a truthful person. Z said kid looked high and suspicious. The facts on the video lend credibility to that statement.

If Z was truthful when he said the kid looked high and suspicious, then it is more likely the rest of his account is true.

I see lot's of people who look high and suspicious. You're saying I get to follow them down the alley and shoot them all if I want to. AWESOME.

Where do you live? Do you ever leave the house after a few drinks?

I am particularly suspicious of people that look like this.

Sure, if you want to follow high people you're more than welcome to it. :)

You can't gun them down until they viciously attack you and threaten your life by bashing your skull against the concrete. After that happens, then yes, you may legally discharge your firearm to protect yourself.

If you don't like the laws then get them changed.

I live in Arkansas and I'd welcome you to follow me down a dark alley while I am buzzed or shit housed drunk.

You won't be able to gun me down though, bc I am never going to PHYSICALLY ATTACK you for following me.

Some thug like Zimmerman follows me down the street when I have not done anything and I may defend myself.

My father (career army and a ******* angel) who would not even speed, would loose his shit if he were ever accused of something. If somebody accused him in an alley of doing something wrong, that guy better be prepared to back it up.

I guess if that happens in Florida, as long as the guy accusing has a gun, no problem.

No, you may not defend yourself. Not legally at least. Unless you feel an IMMINENT threat to your safety you cannot kick someone's ass.

You and your war hero dad could jump someone for wrongfully accusing you and if a reasonable person would IMMINENTLY fear for their life during that attack they can LEGALLY put you on the dirt.

If you don't like the laws then go ask your congressman to have them changed.

Guys everyone has their opinion of the situation if you want to ignore certain portions of the whole story then that is your choice.

On a lighter note how is that Pelagos feeling Elconquistador?
