Dear fellow RWI members,
I would like to share my experience with Lucy. Since August 2017, I bought 3 watches from her and I exchanged 85 emails in total. (I asked her many questions. haha she is so helpful)
These are the watches I got from Lucy :
1. Rolex Explorer 1 (114270, BP Factory)
2. Ballon Bleu (Quartz, 36mm, V6F)
3. Ronde Solo (Quartz, K11 Factory)
To write an accurate review from the buyer's perspective, it takes little longer time to receive watches from Lucy compared to other TDs (maybe by extra week or two?). However, her QC is absolutely amazing and you will never go through any issues with watches you purchase. Many times she fixed the issues even after I passed the QC pics and before she shipped the items. (removing dust on the dial, loose clasp, making sure the movement is robust, and so on) All the watches I got from her are flawless!!!
I highly recommend Lucy for those reasons and you will be very happy. My "go-to" TD and I will be buying more from her. Pics are included below:
Oh one more thing, she doesn't reply on weekend most of the time. Come on, we all need weekends to rest and spend time with family.
