The answer is very easy and almost everyone will agree with me:

Buy: PAM 111 V3 fitted with Asian 6497-2 clone

If after some months wearing the watch you feel the necessity of a mod, get a mod from an specialist like marlin2284. Just that

"Swiss" movement fitting the reps is not a real Swiss ETA like gen, it is a "cheap Swiss" of low beat and different from gen with a rep Swan Neck device the same as Noob reps. As you can see is not only a problem of accuracy and comparison of pics. It is not at all advisable and IT IS NOT AT ALL WORTH

ALE tell in 111Swiss Eta 6497 Movement with correct Y incabloc bridges have already been processed \ board than the base V3/ Is there an ETA on the engraving plate under the balance?

Listen to what ALE says, your new to the hobby. Just get a noob 111 V3 use it for a few months and learn more about the watch and the hobby then if you still want upgrades then you can decide on what you want. Use the search box it will help a great deal and look at all of ALE's stickys to familiarize yourself with the watch you like. Believe me it will save you time and money in the long run....Good luck and enjoy this great hobby...

+1000 ok what Ale said. Having had a decent 111v2.5, the v3 is just that much better. Check for water resistance and enjoy. You won't regret it.
