I think it did but I don't remember - box for sure but I threw all that away as soon as I felt it. I knew I was not going to sell it and don't need the extra clutter in the house.

I figure the only reason to hold onto that stuff is if you plan on selling it later and want the full package.

I don't really care much about that either, however a dust bag is nice for storage if you rotate between different card holders. My reason for asking was that I thought it might explain some of the price difference.
