I got this exact coat off ebay a couple of years ago. TBH, it's pretty crap. Notice how the sleeves are gathered on the model? IRL the sleeve length is about the same as the length of the jacket. The material is cheap wool blend, thinly lined, and there were stray threads everywhere. Fit wise, it looks a lot better on the model than it does on me, ha ha ha.

So my Damier Graphite Wallet finally came in and it's perfect.
I'm really happy with it, however it's been over a month and a half waiting and my taste has changed lol.

Unfortunately I don't have white light in this room. Added a black sheet down to try and contrast but it's hard to lol. Anyway Wallet is literally as perfect as can be. Boxing and all is such a nice touch. As stated my taste has changed and you may see this in the FS section soon. Old Cobbler has the greatest customer service I've seen. I'll be ordering much more from him in the future.

This has happened to me a couple of times. Typically with low value items.
As the mistake seems not to rest with the seller, I have done nothing about it, and put it on a write-off list instead.
This list also includes items which looked wrong (= not to my likeing) in real life, and itmes which did not last very long, but too long to complain. And customs duties.
All in all the real savings are only half of what you think initially, but if you buy in volume, it is still worth it.

Thought I might ask this question here - basically I ordered some 'watchmaker' screwdrivers from Ali, the whole process was smooth payment, etc.. However tracking shows that it has been delivered despite me not receiving anything or getting a note from the mailman. Called Royal Mail and they told me it has been delivered

I've already contacted the seller but unsure what to do next :/ any tips?

yea the buyer protection ran out for mine - so I just accepted the loss and gave the seller his $$ and moved on, not much of a big deal anyway was just curious whether it had happened to anyone else here in the UK
