I have this MB wallet, and unfortunately it´s PU, and the logo wears off (the mountaintop). Lasted about two months before it looked worse for wear.

Ouch ... :-/ Was this really from the same store..?

Reason I ask is I was looking around for a wallet like this for some time, and was in touch with a bunch of sellers (price ranged from $18 to $28).
The cheapest ones seemed to be different, cause the inside corners look terrible , even on the QC pics (as well as yours does), and the sellers of those also said that "customers have been pointing this out and are unhappy, please be aware of that".

However I can't notice the bad corners (as bad as yours and the ones from some of the sellers) on mine (the more expensive one).
Here's an excerpt from a conversation with one of the cheaper vendors

unfortunately this chat was via Whatsapp and the images he sent has expired so I can't download them..

Any way, I'll be using my wallet for some time and will get back to you with more pics in a few weeks / months

edit:
Had to ask Chris (MBLEATHERW....) about this and linked him to the thread.

Since I'm going to do more business with him, I doubt he'd tell me to cut open the wallet if he wasn't 100% sure it's leather.
Call me naive but I believe him.
