Old Cobbler is definitley who you should contact when you're looking for LV. I've sent an email asking for their new store link, and I'm still waiting for a response.

Hey all, so the store I ordered 2 pairs of glasses + 2 lenses has closed down it seems before they shipped the glasses - they had been open 2 years and had 98% positive reviews or something, but only like 500 transactions - Should I wait it out? Try and get money back? If I wait it out and then receive nothing in 1 month can I still get a refund?

The 2 glasses + 2 lenses were $84.48 & $74.04 australian - my biggest spend on ali yet...

You get refund if you do not get the goods. Whether the store is open or closed doesn't make a difference.

As said above, you'll be compensated if the goods do not arrive.
However I'd give it time. I have had shops closing on me and goods arriving. But nothing on AE happens fast ...

Same thing happened to me, but fortunately even if the shop was closed the seller replied to me and he tell me that he'll ship in the next few days and he'll send me the tracking on a message.

PAY ATTENTION TO SHIPPING COSTS

I put something on my cart, and left it there for some time.
When I came around to buying it, I did not notice that the shipping charge had exploded.
TShirt USD 11.89, shipping USD 279.99
+add html.
I have now contacted the bank and the vendor to cancel, however not AE yet.
If the vendor causes trouble, I will file a Fake complaint, but to me that is an extreme option which I will only use as a last resort.

No offence but you should of checked the total ammount before paying, sellers do the same in ebay when an item becomes out of stock, so nobody buys it . You will get your money back so i wouldnt worry
