It's a mechanical issue, not something that could be solved by lubrication. The long endpieces of the zipper thread are poorly machined and get more and more dinged-up every time the zipper mechanism itself hits them because they don't fit properly.

On the coat, this means that it always gets harder to zip it up; on the wallet, it simply becomes harder to UNZIP it (since once you pull the zipped to the endpieces, the entire thing is zipped up). The rest of the zipping action is fine, it's just those endpieces.

tl;dr: Poor quality zippers.

Edit: And since I ordered from the old store, I can't even dispute...

Quality is absolutely the same.

Since my money does not grow on trees, i rather save >$100

I look for sneakers etc. on Ali because I go through ~6 pairs a year just walking, so being able to save even $20 per pair is a pretty big savings overall.

I picked up a Supreme X TNF windbreaker from Ali back in Jan and it finally arrived. I must say it's really good. Fantastic quality. There's no shitty stitching, all printing is great and it's generally really well made all round. The only negative was that I ordered early/mid Jan and I was sent round the houses with about 8 or 9 different tracking numbers.

The only reason I waited this one out and didn't make a fuss is I got some of feedback from a seller for complaining about a shit jumper he sent so I wanted to get the positive feedback to keep my rating intact. I hate that if you have to dispute something to get your money back, the seller can still go and leave you negative feedback!

I just got in touch with Shenzhen Queen trading. Their sunglass prescription lenses have NO UV PROTECTION. Whats the use then? IMO they dont protect instead, they are dangerous

Late update to my Old Cobbler wallet -- the zipper is sticky if you zip it up all the way and takes a bit of fiddling to get it open... same thing as my Canada Goose jacket. I'm starting to think I just shouldn't buy anything with zippers from China.

Tried a bit of pencil graphite on the zip? Works wonders...

Generally speaking I have always found Nike shoes more comfortable than others. I don't know what they put in them that makes them special but there is something.

Rep Nike may look exactly the same, but do they feel the same? I am not so sure.

Try some running shoes like the Pegasus and then find some reps, they will very unlikely be as good. I can't prove that in a post on a forum, but I know that brand has some R&D in place that make their shoes better than most of its competitors. It may sound like marketing B.S. but I have tried other brands to do the same thing and I never got closed to being as satisfied as I was with my Nikes

I don't understand why you can't open a dispute. The last few days I've communicated with OC through the store that've been taken down. And in the past I've had disputes with stores that were taken down.
