Just got these in. They are very nice. I had some of the same model from another vendor, and the caps wouldn't stay on and the pens felt cheap. These are much nicer. Very pleased.

You can get $50 reps on Ali, It sounds to me like you've been sent one of them. The quality of mine is so good, and the lack of smell, tells me it's not the same bag

The pu version sole is wider and you can tell be the weight and feel. The PU version has rubber in two areas for grip and these obviously are rubber throughout.
