Non-replica talk for a second.

I ordered three big bags from this store three weeks ago: http://www.aliexpress.com/store/1084588

I paid for EMS and they promised to ship the next day; they provided me with an EMS tracking number that was invalid. I asked for a valid one and they promised me a "swift number" repeatedly over the next week or so. I've again asked for a valid tracking number, which they have still failed to provide, and threatened to report them to Ali if they cannot prove proof of shipping.

So, if you're looking for non-rep leather/canvas bags, I'd look elsewhere.

I purchased this for my wife as well. I think I paid $38 USD for it? From one of the links posted here in December. It is a NICE bag for the money, but my wife and I both think its not real leather. She likes it however and her co-workers think its awesome.

Black MB Starwalker pen for $10USD. Arrived down here in Sydney AU in about 2 weeks from order. Fitted it with a $12USD gen MB rollerball refill in black medium upon arrival.

Side-by-side comparison with a gen, there is only one small visible difference in the way the clip is constructed - but hard to tell unless inspected closely.

Comparing weight & feel of use, I can't tell the difference between this and a gen now that I have the gen refill in there. I'll leave my $600 gen at home and carry this $22 rep with me on the road ;)

Can you link the specific pen? Also, can you take a comparison picture of the star on top with the gen?

I ordered one of those from somewhere else and the star was completely wrong and doofy.

I can't stand the people that buy them to wear as a fashion statement because kanye west wears them. I own multiple pairs of boost shoes for the gym and running and they are the best shoes I've ever owned for working out. As a daily shoe its horrible, the mesh is pretty much just holes that let your feet breathe no way you could walk around without freezing your feet or getting soaked. But i guess if Kanye wears them on stage.....

Does anyone have the link to that wallet, i bought one of these and it wasnt close at all to my gen. This one looks a bit better, I'd be willing to give it a shot.

It's fine to post links (the entire thread is filled with links to stores and products) -- the whole thread is full of them.

One thing I'd personally prefer though, is that you not use a URL shortener -- it hides what the link is actually going to.

I have a gen MB rollerball that I've had for nearly twenty years and I am impressed with the quality of the reps. That said, many are fantasy models. In the Writer series, the Jules Verne model is very good but they sell a roller version which, in the gen line was never made. The Hemmingway gen fountain has vertical lines which are not present on the gen roller and ball point but the reps have those lines on the roller and ball point. I've not seen a rep of the Hemmingway fountain.

It seems on many of the limited edition reps they attribute names that align with the gens but the appearance is way off. The JFK model is a good example. Some sellers offer this in all sorts of colors but none that I've seen have navy blue, the sole color of the gen.

They could do better.

Quick question for the yeezy buyers. I bought mine a few months ago. They are ok. But the soles are really heavy. Nothing like gen roshes or free runs. Can any of you clarify whether this is normal? FYI mine were a $49usd ali option.
