My first branded item from ae since I found this thread: a CK belt. Shipping was long, 1 month and a week, but I'm ok with that.
It's not leather, but the seller indicates it on the webpage, no idea what is made of. The belt is thickier than I expected and also very long for me (1.10m). I'm slim so I'll have to do another hole, which surprised me as I thought chineses provide smaller clothes than europeans. Bought it from the soph "Hover luxury belts" store 1901198, this belt seems to be no longer available but they have others CK ones (where the logo is photoshopped)

Based on this post you ordered them from Eva Zheng. Delivery was pretty quick seeing both post dates.

Store has gone down today, which is great...
I ordered 5 pairs on Monday and he's shipped by DHL.

If you are struggling just grab them from Eva, they look the same and use the same pics.
I've got Jessies whatsapp if you would rather grab them from him, but to let you know, i've messaged him a few times and he's only replied once with very little info

Ok I do want a pair of these but pardon my ignorance. Are the soles supposed to be that wide. The images on Eva page shows wife versions and they look kind of funny. Is that how the gens are designed?

WTF how can a product like this at that price have 3 orders lol

I have received the Burberry scarf some time ago now and it is really nice. I highly recommend it. I have no idea if it is 1:1 but it is really warm and soft.

Can you please post or PM link to the scarves please?

This is the burberry store link courtesy of FiloViridae http://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro...aid-Scarves-Brand-Fashion/1875527_32581307352

If you buy two send seller a message asking for box and bag too. I did the burn and water test on the them. Fabric burns slowly and smells of hair (as would expect with protein fabric - wool/cashmere). Also if you put some water on it you can see it beads (cashmere does this). I imagine it is a cashmere/wool blend but can't fault it, feels very soft and the logo is nearly 1:1! I did see some pictures of the scarfs from previous buyers on the feedback and some of the R's on the label were slightly incorrect - there should be a slight curl at the bottom of the right foot on the R, whereas some logos it was straight. Mine came out properly but maybe worth asking seller for pic of label if you want it to be as gen as pos!

Cashmere isn't that expensive, Burberry adds a HUGE markup for their scarves, it's almost laughable, you can get nice cashmere scarves for 30-40 at many places, even an expensive place like Nordstroms sells their brand of cashmere for under 100, I did the same test and I wouldn't be surprised if it truly is 100% cashmere, it feels very similar to Burberry and other brands of cashmere scarves

I completely agree, I would not be suprised if it were 100% especially given china is the largest cashmere producer and exporter. I'm just not going to assume it is because the seller said so, I have other cashmere clothing which is softer (although a lighter colour) and cashmere/wool blend blazers that are just as soft hence my thinking it contains wool. I don't really care if it's a cashmere/wool blend, it's great quality - only reason I did the tests was to check it wasn't acrylic which is the norm substitution for cashmere..

OK, I have had two of these letters in ten years. Your next action is up to you but I will describe what I did.

Firstly, customs and rights holders are interested and will definitely pursue importers of containers containing tonnes or many Kgs of counterfeit goods but it is the policy of the UK government NOT to prosecute individuals when importing one item. So it comes down to the willingness of the rights holder to spend money.

At the moment the item is your property. As it is not a gun, drugs or other 'illegal' item they will ask you for permission in a roundabout way to destroy it.

My action on having an LV bag seized from an iOffer posting was to write back and state "I have bought this bag in good faith and I do not authorise it's detainment or destruction" (no more than this, polite and give nothing away) - it arrived at my door four days later. If the rights holder rep had replied with threats I would have ignored it and let it be sent on or destroyed.

The second time was a PAM watch seized. Initially I responded with the same letter but this time had a reply from a man with a one director small company (rights holder rep.,) who said that if I did not authorise destruction the rights holder 'may' decide to take me to court. My reply was to ask for a full and detailed report providing proof beyond any reasonable doubt that [the item] was counterfeit. (ball in his work and effort court)

The watch arrived after around six days.

The Borders Agency are not interested in such small fry. The RH rep., is just a sub-contractor with an opinion, the decision to cry fake is probably based on the declared value (£345 bag as $30 gift)

Let us know how you proceed. Good luck!

update

Well I had a phone call of a rep who said I am going to get a letter this week stating that I should allow them to destroy the bag!
Tried to tell me that I should go to my bank for money back etc
Asked him how he could tell it was fake, said because of the lining and badge! Asked him have you got it in hand and he said no, his colleague from Coventry said so ha ha.
I know there is hardly any tells on that bag....everything is pretty much a super rep of bags.

Has anyone come across All Saints.. apparently there are rep Leather jackets but i cant find them for the life of me on the rep sites that i know of..

Ive Requested Pics of this.. not sure which brand could be Burberry

Rep Burberry, look at the buttons. The AllSaints stuff on AE isn't much cheaper than gen stuff on sale. Given that is produced in China/India it wouldn't suprise me if it was just black market goods. The quality of AllSaints is pretty poor anyway, one of those designers that looks great in photos but never really follows through.

31416926535 Yes thats exactly my concern, leathr jacket fitting has to be spot on... i dont know if i would take the risk when a fully tailored genuine Boda Skins jacket could be bought for not much more.

I just come across some other brands that happen to have things made in china, are there actually black market goods? i never realised this until today, jesus i even seen Zara stuff on there

I don't know if they're reps or just things that have gone missing from the factory, the photos of some of the AllSaints stuff I saw are 1:1 compared to my gens, plus given how much more expensive they are compared to other reps (despite AllSaints not being great quality..) I just assumed they were probably being sold by people working at an AS factory. I could be entirely wrong mind you
