Any you guys in USA who ordered headphones from hutmtech?

I saw some of you in other countries had to pay taxes on the DHL shipment. I just placed my order, and was talking with the woman on Skype.

She said she normally puts $35 on the declare value. I just hope I don't get some bill from them.

Another reason for me to stop buying crap on Ali:
I sent the seller of he RL shirt I was complaining about here yesterday a message about the flaws. Then I get this reply:
"Dear Friend

Very sorry to cause your discontent,I give you to see pictures tell you that we have this logo shirt, also, there are two collar marked, but the warehouse shipment is random, I've told them, but they did not notice the problem, and I am very, very sorry, I was a girl in school, I came out of my part-time to earn a living and tuition, if there is a dispute, the boss will deduct most of my salary, I am afraid, I hope we can be a good solution this question, thank you very much to contact me in case of problems, you are a very good buyer, thank you sincerely, and now there are two solutions: the first one: I give you three dollars of compensation, and the second: Will you please return the goods, I resend a new high-quality products to you, and give you a nice little gift,waiting your news

Seriously?

So I have been promised that they would resend a "high quality" shirt. I have asked for a tracking number and that they prolong the purchase protection time.

No reply..
My time is running out; should I start a dispute, claiming it is counterfeit or just bad quality?

All right, I received my Goyard card holder and I don't like it. There are a few really visible flaws. The materials are really nice though...

First of all, what the hell is this? This is the back side. There isn't supposed to be a logo there as far as I know. And especially not an non-centered one. I also don't think the gen has that "SUT020109" hot stamped on the back.

Second flaw is that the text in the logo (the brown/beige letters) are too "fat" so you can't easily read what's written. The letters are easy to read on the gen.








Here is a LV passport cover I received a while back. Looks good on the front, but also effed up on the back. It also has a logo in the wrong place. I guess the chinese like their logos to the left?

I ordered a pair of pants but the dealer sent the wrong size. It's too small. I tried to contact the seller but he hasn't replied for a week. I even said if he doesn't reply, I'll open a dispute. When I tried to open a dispute, there's an option of whether I want to send the good back. Since it's so expensive to send item from Canada to China with tracking, I want to say no. Is that still ok? Another mandatory option is to attach a pic, do I just attach a pic of the pants with the sizing? Or should I just say it was a missing item on the package I received?

Did you ask the seller for pictures of both sides with logos?
As you would have known these issues before purchase.

Message some of the sellers with the higher price leather goods. Sometimes they'll send you a link to an online gallery and it will have way more stuff showing than the store. I'm looking for specific LV pieces but finding that asking and also sending a photo to them opens up more products.

That's a common issue with rep pens and even some other gen brands. You can greatly improve the writing experience by wrapping the tip of the cartridge with a tiny bit of scotch tape. Additional to this fix I would also recommend to use gen refills or some other high quality brands like Monteverde.

Both Rep refills and Monteverde refills have slightly narrower front neck than Gen refills and both should be fixed with a tiny bit of scotch tape. This fix is a must for good writing experience.

Who is the letter actually from?

When you say customs is it Langley HWDC or is it from a 'customs clearance agent' representing brands?

The reason for my asking is that a customs or Royal Mail worker is no more able to say definitively that 'x' is fake than you or me.

Does the letter say how or by whom the item is identified to be fake?

It was from UKBF uk border force.

And it stated that "the goods have been examined by the rights holder and have been confirmed to be infringing an intellectual property right."

And they are basically going to destroy them by 4th Jan if I don't appeal....
