Can someone please post pics of the CG Langford Parka? I'm 6'2" skinny athletic build. I'm not sure to go with Large or XL

As you can see, the "belt" thing became shorter (its the same Material as my safety belt in the car), so the jacket cant get straigt again. Also, the writing patch "Canada goose" got wrinkles, before it was perfectly "flat"...

Looking at the number of wrong sizes, didn't wash well, bad rep posts etc., in this thread I wonder what the value of rep clothing in particular is?

Wouldn't you expect a gen Canada Goose jacket to give you 10 years plus usage for it's price? I have an RL Polo that is around 15 years old, what would be the cost in reps to fill that time; less or more expensive?

How are we looking at risk here, I wouldn't bother much to bin a $16 t-shirt after a few washes but a $160 item? Clearly some have had great luck with some of these buys but I am wondering from looking back over the thread if there is an overall gain in buying rep clothing.

I am not intending to be critical of other's choices, just airing my thoughts.

I'm rather shocked by the work of the washer than of the quality of the rep. Especially as they had to see it after they done the work and the fact that they tried to get away with it bothers me...

Me too and I wish you luck in resolving that, I would certainly tackle that directly with the cleaner and be looking for compensation.

The post above though relates to my general thoughts on rep clothing and not your experience per se.

Kind of have to agree. I have no problem buying $30 rep costs or $50 sweaters, but those Canada Goose jackets I'd fully pay gen pricing on them. I think they're about $600 CAD here. Americans can probably get a huge discount buying them from Canada right now too with our currency at .75 to 1 USD.

I agree with this observation. My own experiences have so far not been overly positive.

However I trust that there is a way to get to the real bargains, such as following the recommandations in this (by now far too big and completely unstructured) thread.

So I will try a bit more, before giving up all together. After all, the sample shopping on AE does not cost a fortune.

Does anyone have a link to a good wallet? I have searched the thread and all the links are dead.

Just type in "gy wallet" into Ali and you should be able to find plenty of sellers.

Yeah, I'm not sure either.. I haven't bought rep clothing, and idk if I will. Even 16 bucks for a polo.. I can find some sales here on certain brands for 20-25.. But idk.. The jacket though I wouldn't hesitate to pay retail if they'll last that long. At all

I have RL polos that are over 25 years old and still are in fantastic condition. I have so many that some only get worn a few times a summer before going back into winter storage. Would a rep last even a few years?

I just saw Spectre today. Bond wears some cool Tom Ford sunglasses in this film. Has anyone found a reliable source for Tom Fords?

Has anyone ordered any Lululemon stuff? Comparing my order with the real thing; the rep is good but the material is not as high quality. A lot tougher vs soft of the gen. Still not bad.
