Are some of the other pens more robust or are they all as fragile as the Montblanc Starwalkers?
Every steel Starwalkers are fine. The only weak part is transparent top with white Montblanc label.

When did you get this gen? As far as I know and confirmed by an AD, all of the monogram belts have the logo starting at 5.5 squares in. And all the belts also have squared edges. I don't know if the older versions had them or not but in the last few years that's how they've been from what the AD has told me.

There are some really nice quality genuine Chinese pens on Amazon for $3 to $9 with free shipping. Most are around $3 to $4. Since they are genuine and are not attempting to mimic another brand, you aren't paying anything extra for name recognition. They have dozens of excellent reviews, too. I'll post the name when I'm at my computer next.

Don't be so sure. My JF APROO that came in from Toro sat at Chicago customs for a week before it was released. Actually freaked me out because all my other purchases came in from NY since I'm in hoboken. I guess this one got shipped from Hong Kong. Anyway I wouldn't worry about it until it hits like 2 weeks. After that then you're probably screwed lol.

A bit too big but I think I'll be able to make it one or two beads shorter.
One minus point they made the knot on the top part of the bracelet so it's a bit visible.
I'm not too worried, I've had watches sit for a week or more in LA. It's just annoying this time. Most of the Ali packages get there in a day, then to me the next. If it's two weeks, then customs guys have a couple pairs of new wayfarers to wear (along with our watches they've seized). These customs guys have their accessory game on point thanks to us haha

I think it was my fault as I put this inside my backpack and maybe my laptop or in the car the movement broke it. Anyway I ill try to stick it with a superglue and I will bu another but the silver´s one.

If the seller is gone just make a dispute saying it's a counterfeit one, send pictures of a real one make a good little story.
This is the gen one
I just got home to quite a few packages that have been dropped off over the las few days. One was the belt, I'm kinda disappointed but not surprised. Mine came in a cheap box, the logo starts 7.5 squares from the end and the colour is off. The buckle feels nice but has the wrong markings. I specifically asked for the 5.5 squares so feel cheated. Oh well. I'll post some photos over the weekend. - Also got a watch repair kit. The metal tools are awesome quality, the plastic holders and tools are shocking.

I believe you are talking about Jinhao and yes they absolutely destroy the MB reps in quality and performance. The 159 in black is the one to go for, beautiful writer. Also the 450 is very nice in the patterned red if you are after something a bit smaller but it has a wider nib than the 159. Both I think are also interchangeable with some really good nibs. But for 3/4 dollars incredible as is.
Ordered a bunch of those Buddha and skull bracelets posted back.. Shipped that day. We shall see! I talked to the seller about making them for a production product for me.. We shall see!
