I have complete understanding for all of you guys who are waiting for a watch. I ordered a watch at puretime on 9th May and am still waiting. Chinese customs seem to be really a pain in the a** right now.
But I have to state puretime always responded quickly to my question and also sourced another watch when the first one got stuck at chinese customs.

Same here. if chinese customs are looking for replicas in packages is one thing and if they are strict on packages due to corona virus is another. The first one might be eased with time but the second one i dont think they will lower guard anytime soon...
I had been in "shipment info"also for 2 weeks. Andrew just sent me a new tracking number. This time out of Singapore. Let's see how it takes to move now
good! if HK is giving troubles and the courier still has the packages another route makes more sense
Yes, there is risk being seized. That is why most of the DHL shipments are on hold with courier still. The shipping company will try to find another route . We hope this can be improved in the following days

just to share with you my funny story.
after receiving a tracking number from Hong Kong and staying still for several weeks suddenly I receive a new tracking number but from another country far far very faaaaaar away from china. I don't know how the hell my parcel landed in that country but I can say that it worked and parcel is now being sent to me.

... Some back and forth happen, watch I ordered is actually not being made at the factory for several weeks, so I chose a different one...

The package is "Returned to shipper" July 2nd from HK
PT told me that I'll receive a new tracking number once they're able to reship
The whole situation has definitely been a rollercoaster, PT has been great at responding when I reach out to them, they've typically responded within 24hrs
Seems like the geopolitical atmosphere + COVID are really making these things harder then they are normally

My watches is still not moved since June 24. How can I see which company it’s shipped with? The link I got is “after ship” but I don’t know what which courier it’s sent. I choose UK forwarding to be safe.
