Advice on replica for wife

I've been lurking (and learning!) on this forum for a few months now. I'm about to take the plunge and buy my first replica. I'm thinking of buying from "Tony" at WatchEden.
I''d like to buy a replica Rolex for my wife and I'd like the watch to be fairly sturdy so it will look good (despite routine light use) for at least a year or two.
I'm thus thinking that the best bet would be to go for a model which has a stainless steel bracelet and case.
At the moment, my two main candidates are DateJust (Masterpiece) models. Their identifying codes on WatchEden are 25898 and 20819. I've also linked to photos of each model below.
Before I commit my card details, would any of you experts on this forum have any advice that might sway my decision in one way or another? Alternatively, if you think that I should consider some other stainless model of Rolex, I'd be very grateful to have that advice too.

Many, many thanks,

Rob

wow thats a lot of bling! Something else to consider is the Chanel J12. You can still get one with bling in it and is a great looking watch. To me a blinged out rolex screams fake (IMO).

Ask Anne-marie. I think she might have that actual watch.

And by the way, I must be off this morning, but I thought that you were buying a replica wife, as opposed to a replica watch FOR your wife.

OK: I'll ask Anne-Marie.

Still, I'd be grateful for any other thoughts you might have. (I have got my heart set on a replica Rolex, not any other make.)

Huge thanks,

Rob

@OP

The replica DJs are reliable and well made. Should last for years. My only hesitation is that the diamonds always look just a tad fake to me - but maybe I'm just being overly picky. Personally, though, I'd tend towards skipping the diamonds, but go for one of the MOP dials, which are gorgeous - they have a really nice sheen to them.

Good choice! but I would suggest not too much bling, as the cubic zirconia markers cannot meet up to real diamonds, at least not at the moment..

Ohhhh you bling haters !! :D

If it ain`t got the bling .. it ain`t worth a thing! That`s my motto.

I like the second one... not the blinged out dial.

I have a very sweet and loaded friend that has a max blinged out rolex ( braclet and all ) + the full braclet president blinged out with real diamonds. My diamonds don`t look bad next to hers.

The blinged out dial doesn`t look like the gen, I`d skip that one.
Take a look at the chanel j12, Watcheden wil send you a link to the pictures if you mail them.
This is my dream watch, especially when I get my cool tan ... hahaha.
Spring is in the air in Holland.

Thanks very much for the advice you've given so far.

I'm kinda in favour of a little bling, even if the fire of the cubic zirconias rings a little untrue.

Still, I'm a little scared of getting the diamond-paved dial if it will look like a very obvious fake. Is there no DateJust in a style like that?

All the best,

Rob

I would not go for the Masterpiece model. The bands are not that sturdy when it comes to the clasps. I have purchased many for my wife over the years. The oyster bands are always the best followed by the jubilee. If you have a choice go for the non-hidden clasps for your purchase. They are easier to adjust and seldom ever have a problem with the claps being loose.

The mother of pearl dials are the best IMHO!

Sorry, I'd be useless on looking at bling. I look at all that and I think Liberace. I also look suspiciously at it because I think that the bling is all going to fall off.

Having declared myself anti-bling, however, this watch that D4Me was supplying a while back even got my attention:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=47065&p=413850&hilit=daytona4me+chopard#p413850

And at least some of the bling is on the inside of the case where it won't fall out. :)

Oh, dear. I wasn't aware that there was a maximum recommended dose, but I suppose I should have guessed. How much is too much?

Thanks for all the brilliant advice!

Taking it all into consideration, I've decided to go with Tony's 12609

It looks like this:

I'll keep you informed and post some photos when it arrives.

Many thanks!

Very nice choice! Can you please post pics and comment on the quality of the CZ 'diamonds'? I'm really curious about that. :)
