No not the same difference is ACE is a freesprung balance while the PPM is the same as the stock 3kf but with engraved plates.

Depends it all can be done but its mostly aesthetic upgrades like those you mentioned and hiding the regulator.

Can't verify if the plates are refinished personally but the plates are definitely engraved.
