Interesting. It doesn't look like this movement has the skeletonized escape wheel like we see on the DD4131 -- that's a bit disappointing. I wonder if this movement is based on the SH4131 -- that would be a real shame since the SH4131 doesn't have a gen spec escape wheel / pallet fork / balance. So that would imply that this free sprung balance is also not gen spec. I'm honestly baffled why you'd spend all that money developing a free sprung Daytona movement that's not gen spec. But it's early days... maybe I'm wrong. I look forward to seeing macro photos or a tear down of this thing.
