Back in November I ordered a superlumed dial and hand set from Sead. A month or so went by and nothing showed up. I let Sead know and he said "no problem, I'll send out another set". Another month or so went by and still nothing showed up. I contacted Sead and he offered to completely refund my money payment. I asked that he only do a partial and he refused.
This kind of customer service should be recognized. Sead is the man, and I would recommend him to anyone.
