Make complimentary remarks about the decor, ambiance etc, but criticize the food - hot food arrived cold, or bland & tasteless etc - don't claim to have eaten something that isn't even on the menu . .
Or make neutral remarks about the food and leave negative remarks about the service and the poor value for money (it's not expensive so don't claim prices are high).

Because he emailed me an offer on a watch he is selling on ebay. His email address is: EMail address removed. I did a search of his name and this thread popped up.
