Fantastic review which to be honest led me to purchase the watch which I received today. Beautiful piece. Now just need to find a decent strap and will be set.
Silix runs a quartz version of this which is said to be 38mm on the website.
The dial looks quite different to the gorgeous ones posted here though..

I hardly ever use my chronos so would not be that much of an issue for me I guess..
Yeah this is a great watch...I bought it on a whim and really fell in love with it and the company. They have amazing pieces.
Here's mine on a gen strap.
The only wear I see is on the crown from winding. Which makes sense. I you wipe the gold(s) down after you wear them they preserve a little better. I may have to replace the crown down the road on this one. ;/

Is that actually gen strap or just gen croc? Looks awesome I just have a gen croc or alligator on mine in semi-matte but love this glossier look on it..

I've never seen the black in person, but from pictures it doesn't appeal to me at all. White is definitely more popular here, so I'd go with that.
I personally went with the white dial on SS watch. I felt the gold watch needed a creamier dial, and the white dial looked better with SS. But as always, go with what you like!
Silverspeed has been asked at least twice in this thread where he got the excellent dark brown strap, but has not responded. Is the origin of the super-sharp strap top secret or something? I am looking for that strap for my Datograph, so Silverspeed, if you are reading this, let us know where you got the strap!!
He has answered that question in his RepGeek review back at 2010...

Thanks! I didn't see the review on RepGeek. I have the Datograph and it is super classy, but I really think that glossy band takes an already hot watch up three notches!

Hi guys, just joined the forum because I love this watch so much. :drool:Anyone have an idea as to who makes the best rep? Right now considering the PureTime/InTime model (I'm assuming they're from the same supplier since the prices are identical) but I'd love to hear other recommendations. Thanks!
