Very helpful thread so far.
I know the 390 from Noob is considered a super-rep but are any of the others?
If I'm reading your Reference Guide properly, the KW 388 isn't quite at that level?
Thanks.
I should have been more specific, I was referring to those models mentioned upthread, namely the 359 and 388.
The 292j looks great but alas, is not a dress watch, as does the 127 which I can't find in stock from any of the TDs :culpability:
You cannot compare a watch with solid caseback with another with display caseback
Solid caseback is an advantage for the evaluation of a rep.
You cannot avoid that, since the movements usually are not at all accurate, a super quality replica display caseback cannot be considered as Super rep status.
But leaving aside the movement, only visible if you have the watch take off and in the hand, there are many "Super Reps". This is the case of KW PAM 359 and mainly KW PAM 388. These last replicas have a Super rep level in the wrist, but the display caseback and inaccurate movement avoid the real Super Rep status.
If you can live with display caseback and inaccurate movement, KW PAM 388 and 359 can be Super reps for you.
Unfortunately many watches with display casebacks cannot be considered Super replicas, despite they have the same or better level than other Super reps with solid caseback.

Hi guys, I am also looking for a dressy Pam but I feel that a 45 Radiomir would be a bit too big for me.
Is there any good 42mm alternative to the KW PAM 388?
Radiomir 45mm case wear less than a 44mm Luminor case due to the different shape. And DLC Radiomir wear still less.
Try it
