There is with the 12-hour marker indeed. It's also quite common that the PP text is vertically misaligned. Both of these drove me crazy as well so I decided to switch to another rep after rejecting two QCs. Thankfully my TD was accommodating here.
I pulled the trigger on one that looks less misaligned on qc photos. IRL, I don't even notice any misalignment at all. At this point, I don't even know it's really misalignment or it's just the angle of the qc photos. Also keep in mind qc photos are close up shots. Any flaws will be magnified. Look past it and enjoy the watch.
Hi can I ask if anyone knows if the ZF new-style clasp and rubber band is still better than 3KF V3?
I’m hoping to try to do a 3KF watch and improve on the clasp/strap if ZF is better.

Also how’s the crystal on the 3KF, is it similar to gen? Would Deep Crystal be an upgrade over the 3KF?

For me is stock 3KF strap and clasp without problems, very comfortable

Left side of the case has been reshaped, the two lines/ edges at 8 and 10 have been removed. Case is now smooth rounded.
Will go for gen DW, dial and hands…
Already used a gen rubber strap.
Will post pics when finished.

Couldn't agree with you more. 3KF 324 isn't the most reliable movement. I had three of them and all of them were different quality wise.
Don't know if I will get the mods right, if not I will have to buy a gen movement

Can the ppf strap be installed on 3kf case? Notes on buystrap indicate the 3kf uses thinner spring bars than PPF.

People tout 324//330 as reliable but ive heard so many issues with this one. Datewheel being terrible, date not clicking over, lots of keyless complaints, rotor failure/not winding. it truly is luck of the draw. Also the reason why I've never owned a PP 5711 or 5167 lol

Absolutely right on this matter as I posted before.
After cleaning the parts and putting all together I can just make one conclusion. It's a crap movement 3KF make and I have to stop my project.
Have to buy a gen movement and go deep in my pockets to purchase it...
The gen dial, Hands and DW with rubber strap and clasp is already here. So finally the last step would be gen case and class, cron and so hahaha. Expensive project.
That’s brutal. I was trying to spec out a 5167 mod build to hire a modder for, and this is seriously depressing me to hear this
T.b.h. I would wait for Clean Fact to come with PP models this summer. Clean for me are reliable movements as I have 4 Daytona's.
