5 Watch Purchase Problems… (Conversion Rate charge)

Conversion rates and fees are a nightmare, just part of the game and not in the TDs responsibility or hands.
All payment methods have their pros and cons. PayPal and Wise are mostly transparent, so at least you so see what's going on. For bank and credit cards it's hidden deep in the T&C's somewhere.
I used Wise yesterday, while the rate and fees from Euro to CNY were ok-ish, they wanted 50€ for deducting the money from my debit card. I wired the money to wise, which was free, just takes 2 days instead of being immediate.
It's the same mess as booking a ticket with a low cost carrier airline.

I’m sure you guys are busy, but it’s been 24 days since my purchase and I have yet to receive any QC Pics. Would it be possible for someone to please look into this and follow up with me? Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We understand it's been a while but we can't control the time factories can supply orders to us, Specially ZF and PPF you ordered. There is also one watch arrived twice defective.

It's because many factories are not supplying regularly yet recently due to holidays. Many orders are still missing. We will do our best
Patience is needed in this game, i purchased 3 watches first week in May, received qc pics for one within 2 weeks but it took 17 weeks for the other 2 qc to come thru. Watches can be on back order for months, the wait will be worth it tho im sure

Every credit card company handle conversion rate differently. What I know is they use the highest exchange rate on the day of the transaction and then add admin fee. If you like to make overseas transaction then you better find CC that charge less. Anyway, hopefully you get your watches soon, puretime is a good dealer.
