I purchased 5 watches form puretime.io and was given the option to pay via credit card.
My total purchase price was $2,513.00.
Order #100274972
I was then emailed my order is “too big” to pay via credit card.
I suggested we break up the order into three separate purchases and they agreed.
I was to pay US$850+US$850+US$813.
I paid the 1st $850 but when the order was processed, I was charged $926.09?
I questioned the charge and was told it’s not their fault and it’s the “conversion rates charge”????
I don’t feel this is fair because no where on it’s website does it mention “conversion rate” and now I can’t even get a response from customer service.
Lastly I’ve been a customer since September 2014, and have never been charged a price different than my “Ordsr Price”.
If someone could please assist, I would be forever grateful.
Thank you in advance.
