Is a model that has not been much sold....
I understand your "problem" of the small wrist , but if you want a Submersible should stay on the best models. All 47mm. At this point , my personal opinion , change the Panny model or try to buy the 243. Thren't solutions.... ....or :

Don't think there is a rep yet but the PAM 25A is a 44mm titanium watch with Paris hobnail dial that is non destro.
