it's good to have a tool which allows you to open ur caseback easily and tighten it sufficiently for water resistance... but becareful not to overtighten it, i've wrecked a nice ti caseback cause i tried to tighten it too much... and that was using rubber gloves..now i've changed to using bostik bluetack.

you can also do a search on ebay for "case opener 44mm" and buy one of these:

they are metal and decent quality and you can buy them for as little as 35.00 shipped if you find the right seller.

I got the aluminum one from Tanfo, and it is wonderful. Opens all of my 44mm from different dealers. I think watchinger sells them. Also supposedly gonna come out with the 47mm one. A little pricey but worth it in my book.
