Big watches are "in" right now so it won't be considered weird to have a large watch relative to your wrist, especially if you're young and follow trends (I.e. boat shoes, skinny jeans ect...). If your like me and don't ur better off with a more understated 42mm. But your wrist is bigger than my 6.75" as well so it might work well for you in any case.

As for quality, I hear the 45mm upo is better but not by too much though.
