I bought a PP Aquanaut 5167 a few months ago and it rarely leaves my wrist. 39mm AP 15202 or 15300 are good ones as well. The quality of the Aquanaut is fantastic, btw. IWC Portofino is another possiblity.

I really like this watch, my issue is the idea that I have a 15k-20k casual watch that I wear around in my late 20's haha!

I really enjoy wearing my Mark XVI. I have 6.5" wrists and here's a pic. The bracelet is the way to go. the size is perfect and looks very acceptable as a rep.

I'm looking for a Mark XVII 3717 to see how I like that but I really like my XVI 3255

What would this look like with an even more casual strap? Like military, etc.

Great thread, I'm on the look for something very similar style wise myself(not that I have small wrists) ... It seams like it's not the kind of watches that is created the most reps of? (would appreciated a head's up, if someone find something decent in the newbie price range - live in Denmark, so have to be someone with an eu option) ... (I'm going to contact one of the thrusted dealers when I have looked at bit more into it ... trksh-bzr have already given me some great advices ... )

Perhaps like this? (googled it, so not a rep...)

Beautiful watch IMO...

PS: as long as it's not a rolex or Patek Philippe if you live in the us(I don't, but I understand that is the classic retirement watch-brand over there?) then I don't think very many will even notice the value of your watch if it was a gen ... or even what watch it is .. unless they are into watches of course, and even there you often have to get really close(there is so many shitty NON reps that look rather close to the gens today that all poor students and so on buy as their watch today) ... but still a watch like this would IMO screem good style and class to anyone .... but I just don't think a watch like this will give you the problems you fear ... could be wrong of course :)

Here's one of my favorites in that size range. Super rep quality but I'm not sure it's still available. Kind of like a poor man's Daytona.

Kbh, very nice watch:
Personally I'm much more into something very simpler in this category ..
But is also into sports watches (I'm going to get both) ... but it's still a very cool watch! If I was a professional race driver that was the kind of watch I would wear going to a 3000$ dinner at Hotel D'Angleterre in CPH

I'm not going to say what watches every man need's ... but Personally I need at least one great very simple "dress" watch with a stylish leather strap, which I can use to "work" contexts. AND a great sportwatch for other contexts ... :)

I have been looking everywhere for this watch, the one from the movie Drive. I know it´s a fake Patek Philippe. They made about 6 of them for the film. I love this watch, but can´t find a similar watch anywhere. I don´t care if it´s a Patek or not, actually I would prefer if it´s not. I just want one that looks like it. Anyone got any tips?

Rolex Daytona 6263 vintage rep, with Seagull ST-19 manual winding movement, period-correct plexiglass crystal, and 37MM case size. I bought one with the panda dial style (coming soon).
