3rd Trusty Order- Where is the Money?

After more then 10 Watches bought at several TDs paid with wise, i placed my 3rd order at Trusty for 2 new VSF youth subs.


Order was placed on 14th of April
Wise was Sent on 17th of April

Since then I asked several times if he has received the money.

Always the same answer: „I have check but the wire/wise still no turned up , we can't check any without the wire no turned up“

I sent him the payment receipt so he can check with his Bank. According to Wise everything is ok.

But he still answers: „I have check but the wire/wise still no turned up , we can't check any without the wire no turned up“


As far as i know the only the option is that Trusty Checks it with the receipt number with his Bank, right? What would you do?

I was always satisfied with Wise, it was always very quick.

If a mod needs the payment receipt I can send it of course.

Six days since transferring the money and you have already bothered the dealer "several times"?
As you should know by now, since you are a member of this forum for more than two years (!), patience is the key with the Chinese.
Things take time and since Trusty is a TD, there should be no worries at all.

I‘m used to wait for QCs for weeks or even Months, thats clear, but payment with wise was always a question of 1 or 2 days max. This is why I am wondering

TD don't control banking transfer/Wise transfer tbh. I don't think forum can help much here. I hope for the best and hopefully the money turns up.

Unfortunately there is still no news, Money is still not received according to trusty.
@Reaps its clear that TDs dont Control that, but its their Bank Account, and the receiving Bank should Check where the Money is. I dont think its a good idea if i call DBS Bank in Hongkong and ask for the Money
So I dont understand why Trusty doesnt respond to it

Because it´s only 10 days since the transfer.
Patience is the key.
Maybe you should only buy on Amazon in the future.

Im not sure if you understand the issue tbh or if you have ever sent Money via Wise.
The payment is normally sent within 1-2 days. Every Chinese seller I bought from (even Trusty in the past) sent an payment confirmation within 1-2 days. My Problem is Not, that Trusty is Not answering, because he is. But he doesnt check with his Bank where the Money is. And This is recoommend to do it soon and not wait 2 weeks. It was transferred to a global Player Bank, not to a Bank on a lonley Island

If the receiving bank sees no payment incoming, whom should they ask? It might be only out of courtesy towards their customer that they start asking around for any expected funds, but remember that this is a shady business. The TD will also be reluctant to ask too many questions as he does not want to attract attention regarding the nature of his business and the origin of all the transfers coming into his account.

The sender has much more leverage imo.

It is strange that the payment has not reached its destination by now though.

I hope all comes right in the end.

It was transferred to a global Player Bank

That might be the problem.
HSBC, for example, always is a major pain in the ass with everything.
If there is only a whiff of shady, they will not process the transfer and give you a hard time.

Bank on a lonley Island

With one of those it probably would have gone through by now.

The money can't be gone. So if Wise confirms the completion on their side, it's valid to ask the receiving bank next. That's only something Trusty can and should do.
