Hey all, would love your help. So I found a mod in Vietnam they have a YouTube channel also they used 3kf and modified. He wants $2500 which is crazy for a rep, not sure if this is the going price of a mod version but can you guys let me know what you this against gen.

$2500.00 is indeed a lot of money for a rep IMO, especially from an unknown modder.

That said don't spend $2500 on a modded rep. The same can be achieved for much less.

Dear All,
I leave in EU and I bought both 3kf and PPF latest versions
The only one by the factory 8,3mm thick is the 3kf (I measured with vernier caliper)
The PPF is 8,9mm (I also measured it)
The original is 8,3mm
Also despite the date font boldness the dial colour is far more close to the genuine watch
Hence...... 3kf is a winner for sure!

Yeah I don’t think it was worth it so I didn’t bother. I’ve ordered a 3kf base with all the updated mod bu buff. Let’s see how it comes I’ll share once I get qc photos for feedback! Thanks all really helpful

My Guangzhou dealer charges me only $900 for a full mod 5711
Could you please let me know what a full mod contains you are talking about?
Is it case shape to original looking and specifications (reshaping bezel, crown guard, tube, fist big link) and buff dial, hands, datewheel ?
Anything else?
Which fdealer offers a complete 3K mod?
Ok sorry seems my "full mod" is not full enough haha... I used the wrong word, it's more like a buff package.
It's 3KF base+buff dial+buff hands+buff date wheel+ first link refinish+bracelet refinish+movement oiling and regulation
The main point here is just buff set, they rest are bonus.
