i've just started the process to get one of these - so when i receive it should i be doing something in particular to make sure i dont lose a pusher?

is it a simple case of tightening by hand?
I would recommend blue loctite on the threads to avoid loosing one of them like it happened to me... :(

But what's the best way of checking if the pushers are loose or not? Can you just unscrew them, put some loctite on and then screw them again?

The stem is rotating on its axis. If you dont hold it from the inside, it is impossible to tighten properly.

Excellent photos, Yannou. I have gotten mine back together with loctite but notice now the top chrono looks ever so slightly shorter than the lower one. At first I thought the screws might be slightly different but now am wondering if I have lost the spring when the pusher fell off and it is not returning to the fully extended position. Can you state the order of the parts on the screw. Does the spring actually press on the pusher button or is it under the brass washer/spacer? If it is the last part before the button, it probably fell out when the button came off. If that is the case, can you give me the approximate dimensions of the spring as I think i can source another one from some place like Ofrei.

Good point! I can see the brass washer where my pusher is missing. I think you are right, I might need the spring too! My TD is working on it. Might send the crystal for AR treatment meanwhile.
