P3000 clone movement reliability

There is a lots of great info already regarding 372 accuracy on the forum. I did search the topic, but there is not much discussed from owners regarding the clone movement reliability.

PT 372 SF sales rank is high on their site there is currently 538 feedback's averaging 5 stars, the second highest feedback I found after Rol Sub which was in 600's. Most likely first impression after receiving the watch. P3000 movement seems like a highly desirable piece, but there is not much out there about reliability, accuracy.

Please, there got to be a lots of owners out there, any feedback ?

Hi,

I have just ordered the PT 372 SF, not received yet. Once I get it, I could make a feedback ( middle of June).

The problem may be, that nearly everyone here changes watches nearly every day, so the movement isn't really testet on longtime reliability.

My 372 superclone has never failed to work flawlessly.
It keeps a good time accuracy, and have a good power reserve too.
In short, you won't regret it (if you get a good copy)

I haven't heard of anyone having any major issues with their sc p.3000's and the dealers I have spoken to (Toro and Sead) haven't complained of any p.3000 watches being returned due to movement issues. While this movement has a good track record and while it can be serviced (although not easily), if any key component breaks down you will not be about to source replacement parts and the movement will likely be a total loss. If this doesn't work for you, you may be better off with the new ZF 127E. A professional watchmaker of average skill can service a 6947 movement in his sleep and they probably have replacement parts in stock (or can get them easily).
