Here they are:
As you can see the sleeve adds "thickness" to the lugbar, this way they fit better the case.
I changed the strap 6-7 times on my 504 and no problem so far.
It would be interesting to know if they're the same in the new 346.

Not only it adds thickness to the bars, but it keeps the screws locking on at the proper place on the bar. The biggest problem IMO is, that however you screw down a screw it is not locked in the gap on the bar and this helps that. Its there on gen radiomirs, the 292 for sure, seen it over on risti.
