346 arrived, quick photos and thoughts

My new Pam 346 arrived at work about thirty minutes ago. I have taken some very quick photos with my phone, sorry they are not great.
(New photo's added 28th later in thread)

If you remember mine has the missing jewel above the PR indicator, with that said here are a few very quick observations:

watch and strap look fantastic
weight feels very gen like
Ti finish is very good( have the 351 and think the 346 is better overall Ti wise)
magnification is not a problem
my lug screws appear to be good
engravings are some of the best. deep, clean and clear
Dial and hands are amazing
One of the better rep straps, great colour but a little stiff.
Movement winds smooth and crisp, date changes perfectly.
i have the KW 388 and 505, this new 346 is a step above these in overall quality.

Watch looks great. I just hope that jewel isn't floating around in the movement anywhere.

As someone who also has the KW 388 and 505, this is a BOLD statement. I feel the 388/505 are amazing reps in every way. What about the finish of the 346 is superior to the 388/505? Or are you referring that the finish of the 346 combined with a slightly more accurate looking movement makes the 346 superior?

I wish you had not told me about the KW388. I have a gorgeous PAM 380, but as someone who never knows what day of the week it is I am always looking at it trying to find the date!

same feeling with the date of 380, thought about the 388, now 346 looks like a better way to go

I too prefer my watches with a date if for no other reason then it gives me a second reason to look at my watch!
The 388 is awesome and has everything I'd want in a rad. I DO like the look of the 346, but I don't like my rads to have a brushed case. But the recent wrist shots people have been posting are beginning to sway me.

I am gonna have to get a 388 ….. but with a 380 and 8 other PAMs to date ……dammit…I will have to sell one or two.

Btw, is it me or the case of the 346 seems a bit thicker than the 388 and 505?
